Room 6 has been buddy class with room 1. We have have to teach room 1 about the tinana. My buddy and I have learned heaps. My buddy and I did not know much about Maori because we are both Tongan. We have learned new parts of the body in little time. I am so delighted to be buddy class with room 1.
Room 6 went out on the field to play rugby with 2 coaches. I forgot the 2 coaches names. We played rugby netball. I was on the red team and some of my friends were on the blue team. I am still trying to practice to run faster. I learnt that I should never give up in sports because I have to try my best to be my best.

When I am at war I can see the brave soldiers saluting . I can also see brave soldiers sweating.
The soldiers were honoured to fight for their country and to sacrifice their life for our country.
The tall soldiers were confident enough to fight the war for their country.
The tired soldiers were proud to be fighting in the army for their own people.
The soldiers were strong when they smelt blood and got shot from his enemy.
Today on the 7th of may 2021 I got a certificate. I got a certificate for showing kindness to other learners in the class. I feel very proud of myself because I earned it. I know that my parents will also be proud.
Room 6 and I made Anzac cookies. We took the whole middle block and some of the last block to make them and eat them. It tasted so soft and it had heaps of oats in it as well. My 2 team mates were Kymani and Melie. My most favourite part was eating it and making it. I felt so excited. I was as happy as a clown.
Glen Taylor School has a brand new kitchen. It is very colourful. My favourite part about the huge kitchen is the Tv above the floor.
Room 6 has been working on a tiny waka last week. We had to use so many art things. I made my waka sale with traditional patterns. I also drew my favourite flower. The reason why I used so many different colours is because I love all of the colours. Here is my waka. I hope you like it.
